The selection of third-party services will be based on project requirements and client approval. 1.1 Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for maintaining valid licenses, subscriptions, and accounts for all third-party services used in their website, both during and after the project. The client is also responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of these third-party providers, and for any associated costs or renewals. 1.2 No Warranty for Third-Party Services
Rock Pulse Web Solutions does not warrant the performance, security, or continued availability of any third-party service or integration. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, security breaches, or other issues arising from third-party services. Any support or troubleshooting related to third-party services may be billed separately. 1.3 Updates and Compatibility
Third-party services and plugins may update or change their functionality at any time. We are not responsible for issues caused by such updates after project completion. Ongoing compatibility maintenance, updates, or troubleshooting is available as a separate service and may incur additional fees. 1.4 Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rock Pulse Web Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of third-party services or integrations, including but not limited to violations of third-party terms, data breaches, or service interruptions.
